Show Stage program extended

_MG_6893 mediumA new addition at this years International Sourcing Expo is our Show Stage. Taking place on the expo floor and featuring a broad range of industry experts, the Show Stage is designed to offer a more intimate and discussion based forum. The sessions are free for all expo visitors.

Join expert presenters as they discuss key topics in industry from regional specialisations through to supply chain and colour. Here’s an updated schedule below, make sure you lock them in your diary to not miss out.

Transparency and Sustainability: The Consumer, The Brands & The Future

Presented by: Kate Barry, Testex Australia

This session will focus on the challenges facing our industry’s supply chains & the OEKA-TEX® solution. Kate Barry will also include information on the OEKO-TEX® products – Made in Green (Transparency & Sustainability), OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, STeP & ECO PASSPORT.

The Importance of Colour

Speaker: Sharon Rae, Principal, Fashion Forecast Service

This session will focus on the importance of colour in the fashion industry. Sharon Rae, principal of Fashion Forecast Services, has represented Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors* since the launch in the mid 80’s. She will share her expertise and knowledge on how Colour Intelligence provides an online order service, informed and detailed information about the system and the best tools for using colour in your business.

*Colour Intelligence was established in 2008 to provide a direct services to the Australian & New Zealand markers for Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors products which had previously traded under Fashion Forecast Services since the early 90’s.
