With more than 25 years industry experience, Adam’s background spans across large scale department stores, wholesale, vertical retail together with leading iconic brands to success. Palmer Corporation (Jag, Adele Palmer), Myer, Harris Scarfe, Total Chaos & John Martin are all included within his CV. His knowledge of the industry both locally and internationally ensures he’s at the forefront of trends, innovation and strategy.
Adam’s current role at Jeanswest has seen him take the brand’s product from price-sensitive basics to in-house design-led, premium collections with highly successful category extensions across accessories, denim, maternity, active and more.
Adam’s intimate knowledge of production & its demands enables him to deliver innovative product within the fast-paced retail environment today’s marketplace demands. Currently managing more than 14 collections annually it’s no surprise his commercial eye is second to none and a great leader and developer of his team to ensure continued innovation, deadlines, budgets and brand direction are secured with each and every one.
